Lovern’s Inc. was established in 1986 as a Painting Contractor. In 1993 Tommy Lovern was awarded the Housing Maintenance Service Contract at Peterson Air Force Base and shortly after was awarded the Protective Coating Maintenance IDIQ Contract.

Providing service, expertise and learning from these contracts for over 15 years, Lovern's Inc. was referred by the SBA to contribute our knowledge through a Mentor Protege Program. Lovern's Inc. has also done multiple Joint Venture Projects with other businesses bringing our knowledge and expertise to successfully complete these projects.
